This registraton is for both on-demand and live (Zoom) session.
Login information for the on-demand portion will be provided 21 days before the live (Zoom) session, no earlier than 24 hours after registration.
THE ON-DEMAND PORTION MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE TUESDAY BEFORE THE LIVE (ZOOM) SESSION (HELD ON FRIDAY).
REFUND POLICY:
NO REFUNDS after 2 week after registration.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- There are 9-hours of On-Demand videos and exercises
- Login information for the on-demand portion will be provided 21 days before the live (Zoom) session.
- The on-demand portion must be completed by the Tuesday before the live (Zoom) session (held on Friday).
- The Instructor-led Live Session is always held on Fridays held via Zoom
- The Friday Instructor-led Session starts at 6:00 AM PST and ends 4:00 PM PST
