We Love LA: Wildfire Relief Workout Event

Dear Friends, The recent LA wildfire has touched our hearts deeply, and my love for fitness has inspired me to turn this heartbreak into action. Let's honor the brave firefighters working tirelessly to protect California and lend our support to those affected.

Please join me for a very special online workout event. Together, we’ll move with purpose, sweat with love, and make a real difference for our beloved community. This will be a 45-minute Zoom workout open to everyone, no matter where you are in the world. All fitness levels are welcome!

All you need is a yoga mat, a light and medium set of dumbbells, and a heart full of compassion. Let’s come together, stay active, and pour all our love into helping those in need.
