To learn more, join us for an outdoor experience that uses our senses to enhance awareness of this healing relationship. We will offer gifts of meditation, sound and vibration to ground and center our bodies and open us to relaxation and awareness. This time of reconnecting is designed to help restore balance within your body while honoring the sacredness of all creation.
