Step into the warmth of the Tipi for an evening of ritual, deep rest and heartfelt connection.
We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, allowing this beautiful plant medicine to gently open the heart and invite us inward. Together we'll reflect on what no longer serves us; old stories, worries, habits or emotions we're ready to release.
You'll write your intentions onto paper before taking them to the fire as a sacred offering. With gratitude and the blessing that no harm comes to ourselves or others, we'll let the flames transform what we're ready to leave behind.
Returning to the peaceful space of the Tipi, we'll turn our focus towards what we wish to welcome instead. Love. Joy. Peace. Courage. Abundance. We'll set heartfelt intentions for the path ahead before settling into a deeply immersive sound bath.
The combination of ceremonial cacao and therapeutic sound offers a deeply restorative experience, creating space to slow down, settle into the present moment and reconnect with yourself.
Held in a beautiful wooden Tipi nestled in nature, this is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself an evening of rest, reflection and renewal.

No need to bring mats or blankets just comfortable clothing, water and a journal/notepad if you wish.
Please Note: Ceremonial cacao and sound therapy may not be suitable during the early stages of pregnancy. If you are pregnant, or think you may be pregnant, please let me know before booking or as soon as possible so we can discuss whether this experience is appropriate for you.
A short health and consent form will be sent to you before the event and should be completed prior to attending.
