You already know what it feels like to walk out of this spa restored on the outside.

This time, we're going deeper.

We all wear masks. The put-together one, the I can do it all by myself one, and the one that keeps everyone else comfortable while we run on empty underneath.

This Bloom Within event is a chance to set the masks down for two hours and to build one that actually reflects who you are underneath them.

You'll be led through:

• A grounding breathwork practice to calm your nervous system
• A guided journaling reflection on the masks we wear and where we hide
• A hands-on creative experience where you'll design your own decorative mask, that represents your most authentic self, to take home

You'll leave with:

• A calmer, more grounded nervous system
• Clarity on the masks you've been wearing and permission to set them down
• A handmade mask that reflects who you really are underneath
• The feeling of having truly done something just for you while connecting with other women along the way
