From Thrifted to Unfiltered: An Unapologetically Sassy Plate Lettering Class

Pretty letters. Questionable vocabulary. Thrifted plates with absolutely no chill.

Join Lettered & Local for a beginner-friendly lettering class where we’ll start with faux calligraphy, aka “I want to letter everything with a marker and now I actually know how.” We’ll learn the basics, practice creating beautiful lettering, and then put those skills to work on a thrifted plate of your own.

You’ll transform an ordinary plate into something sassy, unhinged, hilarious, or (fine, we’ll let it slide) cute. Keep it for your own home, use it as décor, or gift it to someone who deserves a plate with a little personality.

No previous lettering experience is needed. I’ll walk you through everything step-by-step, from creating pretty letters to choosing a phrase that feels appropriately you.
