Conflict is the Way

That colleague that makes you angry because of what they say or do.
That meeting whose point you still don’t understand, and that makes you want to scream at your boss.
That bold statement you read while scrolling on social media, still raging through your head.

Heart suddenly accelerating, blood pressure rising. You know your face is red, even though you can’t see it. The fight-flight-freeze response taking over, while your rational mind is busy trying to keep it all together.

It’s a basic human desire to want to live in harmony with others. Yet it’s also human to experience personal conflicts and their more immediately relatable manifestation: triggers.

In our culture — first growing up, then in our work life — we are conditioned to avoid conflict at all costs. And for obvious reasons.

Furthermore, in our working environments, we are often encouraged to resolve conflicts as quickly as possible.

Without the appropriate tools, it can take a long time and many failed attempts before real resolution is found.

Unable or unwilling to handle the pressure, we often fall back into suppression, avoidance, and hidden resentment, usually making things worse.

But…

What if there is another way to handle triggers that doesn’t require you to either disappear or escalate?
What if there is something waiting for you, right beneath the surface of the conflict itself?
What if a more authentic way of relating to ourselves and the world is possible, and triggers can show us the way?

In this workshop, through selected guiding questions, Q&A, and the opportunity to receive dedicated personal coaching, we’ll put aside our moral judgments around triggers and explore how we can work with them instead.

By examining your own triggers, we’ll explore why they happen, how they can reveal parts of ourselves we’re not yet aware of, and why sometimes it feels like we can’t really help it.

And with that awareness, we’ll identify the first practical steps on the path toward real long-term conflict resolution — for a more relaxed and authentic way of expressing ourselves and relating to others.
