About this Event

The class is suitable for all levels, and everyone is welcome from 18+ years.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time and wear comfortable sports wear or loose fitting clothing. Mats will be provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

This is a pay as you feel class. Recommended; £3, £5 or £7.

Payment taken on the day.

Class will be held at the cabin in Moseley Park, with the option to move outdoors, weather dependent.
