Join us for a relaxed, in-person walk where you can connect with others dealing with PCOS and Endometriosis. It’s a great chance to chat, share your experiences, and enjoy a friendly stroll around Sutton Park. Whether you want support, friendship, or just some fresh air, this event is for you. Come along, meet new people, and let’s walk and talk together!

Info: Join us for a relaxed Walk & Talk at Sutton Park – a gentle space for women living with PCOS or endometriosis to connect, move, and feel understood.

Living with hormonal conditions can sometimes feel isolating. This walk is an opportunity to get some fresh air, meet others who truly get it, and have open, supportive conversations while we stroll through nature.

There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no required fitness level. The pace will be slow and comfortable so everyone can take part.

We’ll meet at the Four Oaks entrance of Sutton Park (near the Bracebridge restaurant area) before starting our walk together. The route will be easy and relaxed, with time to pause, chat, and enjoy the surroundings.

Whether you want to share your experiences, listen to others, or simply enjoy a peaceful walk with supportive women, you are very welcome.
