Community Yoga: Donation Class 5/10

This donation-based class offers a Vinyasa-inspired flow, designed to support new instructors as they refine their teaching skills while connecting with the community. Expect a thoughtfully guided sequence that blends breath with movement, cultivating strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class provides an opportunity to flow, grow, and support emerging teachers in a welcoming and uplifting environment.
