DOOM METAL YOGA (April Series)

This workshop series combines gentle yoga with doom metal music, including a wind down with LIVE MUSIC.

Doom metal is a slow, hypnotic, and often spiritual side to heavy metal that pairs perfectly with yoga — its deep resonance and unhurried tempos work particularly well for getting into a meditative state or finding an extra spark of strength in a warrior pose.

All experience levels are welcome. The only prerequisite is a love of, or curiosity about, doom metal music. Because sometimes the best way to find your center… is through really, really heavy music.
