April Studio of the Month: Soundbath with Kristi Littman

We are excited to welcome Kristi Littman at our store this month. She will guide us through a restorative 45 minute Sound Healing. Come inhale and exhale with us at lululemon Pearl District.

Class starts promptly at 10:00am, every Sunday in April.

Please come at least 5-10 minutes before class starts to check-in and get settled. This class is 45 minutes long and will end at 10:45am.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a workout mat to lie on. We have a few yoga mats to borrow if you need.

A little more about Kristi:

Kristi Littman is a certified sound healing practitioner and yoga teacher who has spent the last 7+ years creating intentional spaces for restoration, reflection, and reconnection. Her journey with sound began organically during a yoga retreat in Tulum, where she experienced her first sound bath, a moment that felt like coming home to something ancient and familiar. Later, during a sound journey in Portland, she received a wave of clarity that confirmed she was meant to do this work.
Today, Kristi blends crystal singing bowls, chimes, and oceanic tones to craft immersive experiences that calm the nervous system and realign the energy body. Her sessions often begin with gentle breath or meditation, inviting participants to drop in and let the sound guide them home.
Whether facilitating community sound baths, intimate women’s circles, corporate wellness or private sessions, Kristi’s approach is heart-centered, grounded, and intuitive. Her work honors the sacred balance between stillness and expansion, inviting each person to reconnect with their essence and remember the wholeness that has always been within.
