Community Yoga Class every Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm

Not only will you have the chance to support the next generation of yoga instructors build on their skills but you'll get your body moving and support a good cause in the process. Your instructor will choose a cause and all proceeds from the community class will be donated at then end of the 4 class series. At Archetype Yoga, we offer complimentary mats and props, so bring a friend or loved one and meet us on the mat!

Your instructor will guide you through a challenging yet playful yoga practice that fluently weaves together different styles of yoga and breath work. Do not miss the chance to bring joy and serenity to your day with a soul nourishing class.
