Community Yoga & Sound to Support LA Fire Relief

Our Southern California cities have been greatly affected by the recent fires. Let's gather together to hold space for their healing and collect monetary funds to help them recover and rebuild!

This all-levels community class will consist of a gentle, deep stretch yoga flow and mindfulness practice, completed by a savasana sound healing.

Please dress in layers for warmth, bring a yoga mat/blanket, any props you'd like to use, sun protection and water.

Class will be held Sunday, January 26th at 10 am.

We will be meeting at Crown Point Park, situated between the basketball courts and bathrooms.
Free parking is available in the two large lots on either side. Refer to the included photo below for our exact location.

All proceeds will be split evenly to benefit @calfire & @pasadenahumane

If you are unable to attend and would like to donate directly, feel free to send payments to Venmo: @DarrceGrace with the message "Fire Relief", and it will be added to the donation total.
Suggested minimum donation is $10, but any and all donations are helpful and appreciated!

Lastly, if you or anyone you know has evacuated to the San Diego area, please come and enjoy this free event, no donation required. There will be extra blankets and props offered to use.
