Join the Community Wellness Program for a four-week journey focused on Medicine Harvesting, Strawberry Picking, and Water Teachings. Together, we will explore the cultural, spiritual, emotional, and physical
significance of medicines, berries, and water through land-based learning and shared experiences.
Community members will have the opportunity to strengthen their connection to the land, learn traditional teachings, build supportive relationships, and engage in activities that promote overall wellness. Through
harvesting medicines, gathering strawberries, and learning about the sacred role of water, we will honour Indigenous knowledge, encourage healthy lifestyles, and foster a sense of community, belonging, and cultural connection.
This program welcomes Indigenous women seeking to learn, heal, connect, and grow together in a safe and supportive environment.
