Private Walking Tour from 12:00pm -1:30pm. Meet at ONWA Ray Blvd Office for 11:30am – 2:30pm
Join the Community Wellness Program for a four-week journey focused on the Four Sacred Medicines, a wellness walk at Sleeping Giant, and beading. Together, we will learn about the teachings and significance of the Four Sacred Medicines and have the opportunity to add them to our own personal bundles.
Through land-based learning, creative expression, and shared experiences, participants will strengthen their connection to culture, community, and the land while supporting their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
This program offers a welcoming space for Indigenous women to gather, build meaningful relationships, and deepen their wellness through traditional teachings, movement, and cultural practices.
Register early as registration is limited! Tuesdays 1:00pm-3:00pm. E-mail Bobbi at: [email protected]
