Community Sound Healing Meditation

This free community sound meditation is an invitation to slow down and rest together. The session uses gentle vibration, sustained tones, and periods of quiet to support settling, listening, and nervous system regulation.

Participants are welcome to lie down or sit comfortably. There is no expectation to “do” anything. Sound is offered as a supportive environment rather than a treatment—an opportunity to notice how the body responds when given space.

This gathering is grounded in collective care and accessibility. No prior experience with meditation or sound is needed. You are invited to come exactly as you are, whether you feel calm, overwhelmed, curious, tired, or unsure. Rest, movement, or stepping outside the space if needed are all welcome.

We do not promise healing or transformation. Instead, we create conditions for presence, rest, and connection—allowing each person’s experience to unfold in its own way.
