Community Sound Healing Sessions are an opportunity for deep relaxation in a peaceful and positive shared setting. These sessions use a wide variety of sound tools including: 7+ metal singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, tingsha, tongue drum, wave drum and more. Come with an intention for peace and upliftment.
Bring items to make lying down more comfortable: yoga mat, pillows, blanket, eye mask, etc.
