RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training!June 2-27, 2025
Do you feel a deep resonance with yoga practice, and the desire to share it with others? Do you want to learn about the Yoga Sutras and the ways this practice can support your spiritual journey? Do you want to be able to design your own yoga sequences, whether for yourself or for others?

Learn how to sequence and lead your own yoga classes
Learn and practice in a community environment led by experienced and supportive instructors
Our intensive YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) course will meet daily June 2-27, 2025, Mondays through Fridays from 9am-6pm. (Exact hours are subject to change)
Our trainings are Yoga Alliance certified, and on completion you'll be able to get RYT-200 certification (the standard Yoga Alliance teacher certification).
Covered topics include:

-Yoga philosophy, history, and sacred texts
-The chakras and koshas
-Pranayama
-Mantras
-Mudras
-Ayurveda
-Anatomy
-Cueing and Sequencing Poses
-Safe Modifications and Use of Props
-The Business of Yoga
-Practice Teaching

We will include lessons on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga styles
Led by trainers Jason Calsyn (E-RYT 500), Julia Buggy (E-RYT 500), and Jenn Miranda (RYT-200)
