Community Sound Bath for Military Friends and Families

Join me for a free morning sound bath at Hickam Community Center on Friday, February 27 at 9:30 AM, created as a heartfelt gift of love and gratitude for our military community. In this month of love, I’m offering a space to pause, recharge, and receive through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, supporting relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system reset.
This session is open to the military community; a military ID is required to access the base. Please bring a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket (it can get chilly), a cozy pillow, water, and an open heart ready to receive.
