Finding Balance - Group Sound Healing

Welcome to Find Your Balance - Group Biofield Tuning!

In this edition of a monthly group sound healing, we will focus on bringing greater balance to our lives, through the use of sound and tuning forks to adjust the frequencies within our biofield to the right side of the root chakra.

Through working on the right side of the root chakra with a group Biofield Tuning session, we address issues with busyness, overdoing and overthinking.

Those who find it difficult to balance activity and a constant feeling of “not enough” will find a greater ability to balance doing with being, achieving with reflecting and doing with relaxing.

For those who tend to overthink and have “busy” minds, this session can help us to have calmer and clearer thinking.

When memories from our past cause energy blocks on the right side of the root chakra in our biofield, it can impact our ability to balance work with pleasure, hyperfocus with clear and purposeful focus, and to feel that we have to be overproductive in order to "feel enough."

Biofield Tuning is a sound healing modality that uses tuning forks to identity stuck points of energy in the energetic field surrounding our bodies and flowing through them, bring these into harmony and restore flow to our energetic systems. These areas of disharmony in our fields are created due to traumas and difficult experiences that are stored as energetic memories in our biofields. Once they are tuned and resolved, that frozen energy can be restored to flow within our energetic system, bringing greater energy, clarity, health and wellbeing to our bodies and minds.
