Awaken Your Senses! Yoga and Mindful Hike - February

Science shows that time spent in nature, paired with mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation, can profoundly support your well-being. Join us for a restorative morning designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect, with yourself or with someone special this Valentine’s season.

Begin with a gentle yoga session in a room overlooking the Arboretum foliage, followed by a quiet, mindful walk along a serene trail at Lyon Arboretum. This experience invites you to recharge your body and mind, grounded in the sights, sounds, and calm of the forest. No prior yoga experience is needed - just an open heart and a willingness to be present.

What to wear/bring:

• Yoga mat (required)
• Closed-toe shoes with good traction (required)
• Long pants, light jacket, bug spray, rain gear, water (recommended)
• Location: Visitor Center classroom & arboretum trails

Yoga class will be held at the upstairs Visitor Center classroom with hike through the Lyon Arboretum grounds.

Proceeds from this class go to the Lyon Arboretum Education Department.

Earlybird Tickets for FLA members open on January 12th. General public sales open on January 14th.

Tickets close: February 4th

Deadline for refunds: February 6th (Refunds are for the cost of the ticket only, Eventbrite processing fees will not be refunded. Full refunds will be given in the event of a class cancellation. Credit cannot be given towards other classes.)
