Community Meditation & Dharma Talk

Join us on the third Tuesday of each month from 7:15 PM to 8:30 PM for our Community Meditation and Dharma Talk. Begin your evening with a refreshing, seasonal juice or tea, followed by a calming 30-minute silent meditation designed to help you release daily stress and ground yourself in the present moment. This practice aims to deepen your inner connection and foster a sense of calm and clarity. After the meditation, engage in a relaxed and open Dharma talk where we discuss meditation techniques, philosophy and much more. This is an opportunity to share experiences, gain new insights, and build a supportive community. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, our Dharma Group offers a welcoming environment for everyone. Come as you are and leave feeling centered, relaxed, and connected.
