Community Lunch - Free Soup

Join us at Altrincham Town Hall for a special Community Lunch as we celebrate 10 years of tackling food insecurity and reducing food waste across the UK. As a social enterprise, we've been on an incredible journey, and this event is our way of thanking everyone who has supported us along the way.

Our community chefs will be serving free soup and bread!

Whether you're a volunteer, a beneficiary, a past workshop participant, someone who's been with us on this journey or someone who want's to find out more, we'd love for you to join us in this celebration of community and food.

Let's come together for a heartwarming meal and reflect on the impact we've made over the past decade!

Who are we?

Bounceback Food CIC is a social enterprise fighting food poverty on multiple fronts. Since 2014 our Community Cookery School teams have been teaching people how to cook, running food bank drives at market events, helping people get jobs in the food sector and coordinating community meal drives that provide emergency meals for our beneficiaries.

Since 2014 we have taught 9,000+ people how to cook, including stroke survivors, young carers, food bank beneficiaries and elderly people living in sheltered accommodation. We have also secured 20,000+ donations to food banks and generated over 225,000 meals for people in need via our catering, community meal drives and cookery workshops.

How will you cater for my dietary requirements?

We will have at least one soup that is vegan and gluten-free bread as an option to accomate any dietary requirements as best as we can.
