Community Health Centre - Public Engagement Session

The name of a place of care matters. It shapes how people experience, understand and feel connected to the services offered there.

This in-person session is your chance to help us understand the values, themes and ideas the name should reflect for the community it serves, now and in the future. It is not intended to select or vote on a final name.

The Covenant Community Health Centre is part of the Covenant Wellness Community, a new model for care that brings medical, wellness and community services together in one place. This approach is designed to make care easier to access, strengthen connections and help people in southeast Edmonton get the right care at the right time.

• Community members and residents of Mill Woods
• Local organizations and partners
• Anyone with an interest in the Community Health Centre and the surrounding community

This session is part of a broader engagement process.
