Community Hatha Yoga | Pay What You Can

This is a pay-what-you-can community yoga class, created with the belief that access to care, movement, and breath should never be limited by finances.

A suggested donation of $15 helps support the instructor, the studio, and keeps this class accessible for the wider community. If you’re able to give, thank you. If not, you are still wholeheartedly welcome.

This gentle Hatha practice is designed to meet you where you are—approachable for beginners, with plenty of room for seasoned yogis to slow down, stretch out, and reconnect. Expect mindful movement, steady breath, and space to land back in your body.

This is less about perfect poses and more about showing up together.
Come as you are. Move how you need. Rest when you want.

Minimum of 3 people must register for the class to run.
Walk-ins are welcome as long as there’s room!
Must be 12+ to attend.
PARKING
There is strict but FREE 90-minute parking out front. If you think you wanna hang out catch dinner in the area there is a parking garage across the street on Stolp that charges $1/hr after one hour or $5/day, If you dont mind a lil walk there is FREE FREE parking along Benton–one block south of us.
LOCATION & ENTRANCE
We are located on the SW corner of Downer and Stolp, on the 2nd floor of the red brick building with the icicle lights in the white bay windows up above.
Our entrance is facing Downer and under a blue, half-moon awning in a brick alcove with our logo above the door.
The east side of the building spells out “Zen Loft” in the windows above.
