This is a monthly, community grief support circle, facilitated by End-of-Life Doula, Melissa Chanselle-Hary, with Sacred Transits. It's the third Tuesday of every month, 6-8pm. This is a safe and open space for anyone grieving the death of a loved one, a loss of a job, a relationship, an identity, a phase of life, or any kind of grief one is experiencing. We examine anticipatory, collective, masked, disenfranchised, and other types of grief as a means to expand our skills and relationship to loss. We share resources and practices for sitting with difficult feelings. This is a place to be present with feelings that don't have space elsewhere. Many people say they feel less alone and more resourced after attending.
