Dros y misoedd diwethaf, rydym wedi bod yn archwilio profiadau mentrau cymunedol yng nghefn gwlad Cymru, gan edrych ar yr hyn sy’n eu helpu i ffynnu, yr heriau y maent yn eu hwynebu, y buddion y maent yn eu creu i’w cymunedau, a’r hyn sydd ei angen i’w helpu i gynnal eu gweithgarwch yn y tymor hir.
Hoffem rannu’r hyn rydym wedi’i glywed ac rydym yn gwerthfawrogi eich barn yn fawr.
Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn gyfle i:
- Glywed canfyddiadau ein hymchwil i fentrau cymunedol yng nghefn gwlad Cymru
- Myfyrio ar yr hyn y mae’r canfyddiadau yn ei olygu i fentrau cymunedol a’r cymunedau y maent yn eu gwasanaethu
- Dweud wrthym beth rydym wedi’i gael yn gywir a beth y gallwn fod wedi’i fethu
- Rhannu eich profiad a’ch safbwynt
- Ein helpu i nodi’r blaenoriaethau a’r cwestiynau sy’n bwysig ar gyfer y dyfodol
Gobeithiwn y bydd y digwyddiad yn gyfle defnyddiol i glywed am brofiadau pobl eraill, cyfrannu at sgwrs bwysig am ddyfodol menter gymunedol, a helpu i sicrhau bod yr ymchwil yn adlewyrchu realiti cymunedau ledled Cymru wledig.
Mae’r ymchwil yn cael ei chynnal gan Ysgol Fusnes Prifysgol Aberystwyth, mewn partneriaeth â Phrifysgol Northumbria, a’i nod yw cryfhau’r sail dystiolaeth ynghylch menter gymunedol, llywio datblygiad polisi yn y dyfodol a chyfrannu at ymchwil ac ymarfer.
Sustaining Community Enterprise in Rural Wales: Findings, Reflections & Next Steps
Over recent months, we have been exploring the experiences of community enterprises in rural Wales, looking at what helps them thrive, the challenges they face, the benefits they create for their communities, and what is needed to support their long-term sustainability.
We would like to share what we have heard and would really value your voice.
This event is an opportunity to:
- Hear the findings from our research into community enterprises in rural Wales
- Reflect on what the findings mean for community enterprises and the communities they serve
- Tell us what we have got right and what we may have missed
- Share your experience and perspective
- Help us identify the priorities and questions that matter for the future
We hope the event will provide a useful opportunity to hear what others are experiencing, contribute to an important conversation about the future of community enterprise, and help ensure that the research reflects the realities of communities across rural Wales.
The research is being undertaken by Aberystwyth University Business School in partnership with Northumbria University and aims to strengthen the evidence base around community enterprise, inform future policy development and contribute to research and practice.
