About this Event
September’s Aberystwyth Business Networking event is lunch on Tuesday 15th September 12.30pm to 2pm at Aberystwyth University. We’ll be in B20, ground floor of the Llandinam Building, Aberystwyth University, Penglais, SY23 3FL. We will have a few parking spaces reserved for visitors, so if you need a space (and will definitely be attending) let us know and we’ll do our best to reserve one for you. If not, there is plenty of parking in the Arts Centre car park (this is paid for).
This event sponsored by Aberystwyth University which trains world-class students and helps them become innovative graduates. The Careers and Employability Service provides opportunities for businesses to work with and nourish that talent. During the networking event you’ll discover how the University’s graduates are innovating new ways of doing business, and the unique opportunities Aberystwyth-based businesses have to work with these talented students. Aberystwyth University will be providing a delicious buffet lunch from Penparcau Hub.
You’ll also have time to connect with other local business owners and build new relationships.
To assist you in following up after the event, we have a system for enabling those who wish to do so, to share their email addresses. All will be explained when you arrive.
We also encourage you to wear a name tag and bring plenty of business cards.
This is an in-person event, and although tickets are free, it is very helpful if you can register. Thank you.
If you are new to networking, or perhaps a little shy, don’t worry, we are here to help. You definitely won’t be left standing at the side wondering how to break in!
