Join us for a free, citywide Earth Day Celebration in Cascade Park — a full day of community connection, sustainability, and looking ahead to the future of New Castle.
This event features a free Community Yard Sale & Swap Meet, where residents can clean out, swap, and sell gently used items — keeping good things out of the landfill and giving them a second life.
But that’s not all.

This is more than a yard sale — it’s a day to celebrate our planet, strengthen connections, and reimagine what’s possible for New Castle.
