Join us in the act of being politically involved in your community by attending a New Castle Pa City Caucus Meeting!!!
For first timers, let’s explain how it works!
MEETING DETAILS:
Date: Thursday, April 20th.
Time: 6:00pm, EST.
Location: 203, North Jefferson Street, Council Chambers.
DETAILS WHEN ARRIVED:
The very front of the building, where the American flag is located is LOCKED! Please enter through the side where the windows are located.
After entering the building:
Once you’re inside, you have the option of using the elevator or the stairs to the second floor. The council chambers will be to your left!
WHY IT MATTERS:
Understanding what decisions are getting made, how they are getting made and who makes them is vital in a community to prevent wrongdoing and to ensure transparency. When you’re there, EYES ARE WATCHING!!!
GET INVOLVED:
Attend in person to observe or even participate, many elected officials are glad to speak to you afterward the meeting. So don’t be afraid to introduce yourself and meet the mayor!
CAN’T COME:
