You're invited! Every Wednesday, 7:30 - 8:00am Yogamour is hosting donation based Morning Meditation. All are welcome. No experience required. Feel free to bring your own cushion or use any of our props. After practice, feel free to stay for a cup of tea and connect. The studio is always open. Schedule your meditation with 6am Hot Yoga or your weekly CSA pick up from Moon Valley Farms. 100% of donations collected in the month of October from both of the Meditation and Community Classes will go to the Hurwitiz Cancer Fund.
