This seasonal, luxurious event aims to reduce stress and relieve tension with yoga poses, mindfulness, and meditation - all by candlelight. Class begins with body scans, pranayama, and intention setting. The yoga pose sequence will incorporate slow, meditative movements to ground the parasympathetic nervous system, aiding in our ability to "rest and digest." Class closes with longer held postures, an extended savasana and opportunity to meditate together by candlelight. Held monthly on SATURDAYS at Sol Yoga. Save the dates and bring a friend!
