Come celebrate National Community Development Day right here in Youngstown!We’re proud to host our 2nd National Community Development Day in the City of Youngstown on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 12 PM – 6 PM at the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheater (201 South Phelps Street, Youngstown, OH 44503).
This day is all about celebrating the programs and people helping move our neighborhoods forward. Through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and HOME programs, we’re investing in safer housing, stronger local businesses, and better quality of life for families across our city.
What to expect:
• Local vendors and small businesses
• Food, music, and activities for the whole family
• Games, and interactive fun
• Speakers and opportunities to connect with organizations doing real work in our community
We’ll also have opportunities for volunteers, sponsors, and community partners who want to be part of this work.
