Youngstown State University’s Penguin Productions proudly presents the 12th Annual Federal Frenzy Music & Arts Festival, a full‑day celebration of music, art, food, and community in the heart of downtown Youngstown!
Free and open to the public, Federal Frenzy is an all‑ages event featuring 20+ performances across multiple stages, including YSU student bands and YSU alumni artists. Attendees can enjoy live music spanning a wide variety of genres, including pop, R&B, indie, rock, hip hop, and more, along with engaging activities, food trucks, and local vendors throughout the day.
It’s a celebration that truly has something for everyone. We can’t wait to see you there!

PARKING & FREE SHUTTLE
Attendees are encouraged to park in the Wick Avenue Parking Deck on campus. Parking is free with a YSU parking pass, or $5 cash for all others. Shuttle services will run on a continuous loop from the McDonough Museum of Art on Wick Ave to the event site on Saturday, April 18 from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
