Community Connections: Veteran Resource Pop-Up
Veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, military families, and caregivers are invited to stop by the Ben May Main Library for the Community Connections: Veteran Resource Pop-Up.
This monthly outreach event connects participants with valuable information, referrals, and support services designed specifically for the veteran community. Attendees can learn about VA benefits, healthcare resources, mental health services, housing assistance, employment opportunities, education benefits, financial assistance, peer support programs, and other community resources. Representatives from veteran-serving organizations may be available to answer questions, provide guidance, and connect individuals with the services they need.
Whether you're looking for assistance, exploring available benefits, or seeking opportunities to connect with other veterans and service organizations, this event is designed to help you access the resources you deserve.
Are you a veteran-serving organization? We welcome participation from nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and community partners that provide services or resources to veterans and their families. If your organization is interested in participating in a future Community Connections: Veteran Resource Pop-Up, please contact Denisha Logan at [email protected] or (251) 340-1478 for more information.
