The 16-hour Community Association Management (CAM) pre-licensure course prepares individuals interested in becoming community association managers. This is an approved state-required course for students who want to take the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation's CAM Certification Exam. After completing this course, students will be eligible to sit for the state exam, which qualifies the student to obtain the CAM license to manage condominiums, homeowner associations, mobile home parks and co-operatives.
