✨ Join us for 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 & 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 on Mon. 2/17 9-10a at the Westminster Family Fitness Center with Emma Malone, MAc, LAc! ✨
Experience how acupuncture can deepen your meditation practice to help clear your mind, relax your body, promote healing, remove stagnation, and cultivate wellbeing on all levels. This community session will include auricular points on the ears to calm the nervous system, relax the mind, and improve the function of the kidneys, liver, and lungs. Please eat a light snack 1 hour before treatment and refrain from strenuous exercise before and after treatment. Bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, any pillow or bolster props you wish to use for extra support, a water bottle, and an eye mask - if you have one.
Fee: ONLY $24 for Members/City Residents and $29 for Non-Members/Non-City Residents. Minimum age to participate is 18 years old. Cancellation Policy: No refunds are given unless the spot can be filled by another participant. If the WFFC has to cancel, we will reschedule it or issue a refund.
