“Shed” an Intentional Tea event

Gather in community to set or strengthen your intentions while enjoying custom teas and shedding what no longer serves you. Immerse yourself in a sensory tea experience including breathing, grounding, and meditation techniques, mindful movement, oracle card reading, and journaling - all aligned to your intentions and manifestations. Experience how intentionally incorporating tea into your practice and routines can be a powerful tool toward manifesting your vision and goals.

You will learn about the intentional decisions made in preparing the teas and setting for the ceremony, including a deep exploration of the tea ingredients, sourcing, and energy.

Please dress comfortably and bring a journal. Everything else will be provided for you. We will be seated on meditation poufs for most of the time, with some mindful movement moments. Feel free to bring anything you need to be comfortable.
