Communication Matters

Communication is the bridge to building trust and partnerships with the families we serve. This training explores the importance of communicating effectively and professionally with parents and engaging in nurturing interactions with children.  Discussions and role play will guide staff to strengthen their communication skills and navigate everyday challenges with caring hearts and professional approaches.
