Communicating so Everyone Gets it - Delivered by Suffolk New College
Fed up with repeating yourself, or sensing your message isn't landing the way you intended? Clear communication is one of the highest-leverage skills a manager can develop, and one of the easiest to improve with the right tools. This workshop helps you structure your messages so they're understood first time, listen more actively so people feel genuinely heard, and adapt your communication style to different people and situations rather than defaulting to one approach for everyone.
You'll practise the techniques that reduce mixed messages and strengthen trust - across face-to-face, online, and hybrid settings.
By the end you'll have a clearer sense of your own communication patterns and practical ways to adjust them when the default isn't working.
