Influencing without Authority Workshop - Delivered by Suffolk New College

Responsible for outcomes but without direct control over the people delivering them? This is one of the most common (and least talked about) challenges in modern management.

This workshop builds the influence, credibility, and collaboration skills you need to win support across teams, functions, and stakeholders without relying on hierarchy or positional power.

You'll practise influencing effectively in digital and hybrid environments, where visibility and presence work differently and where impact depends on relationships rather than reporting lines.

The session focuses on what actually moves people: trust, clarity, and the ability to make others feel their contribution matters.
