About this Event
What does it mean to come home to your voice? Can you remember when your voice was free and open as a child? Or perhaps it never felt that way? This workshop offers a chance to uncover the stories that hold you back from the relationship with your voice you’ve always longed for.
Through breathwork, gentle movement, vocalization, guided visualizations, and group singing, we’ll journey into unconscious material, play with imagery, release limiting beliefs, and begin to integrate the shadow voice.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water, a journal or sketchpad, and pencils or pens for reflection. No prior singing, movement, or art experience is required — come as you are, and come home to your voice.
“It was a day full of gently guided stretching, visualizations, and singing in a safe, beautiful studio environment. Additionally, the in-person experience creates a bit of magic as you have the chance to join voices with others. I highly recommend this enlightening exploration of the mind, body, and voice.” —Eileen W., San Francisco
This event is in-person only. Tickets are sliding scale $35 - $75
