Coming Home - Breathwork + Reiki Healing Group

Join in a tender, soothing healing experience designed to stoke the healing fire in your heart, foster a sense of safety in your body, and release whatever past experiences or old beliefs may be keeping you from "coming home" to yourself.

By blending the clearing power of Breathwork and restorative power of Reiki this group will leave you feeling lighter, unburdened, and with an inner warmth that radiates into the rest of your life.

Breathwork is a 2-part somatic, ancient, and restorative self-healing technique that utilizes the breath as a catalyst for profound personal growth and transformation. It allows for emotional detox, clearing of blocked energy and negative thought patterns, cellular restoration and ultimately coming back into your Wholeness.

The first breath is taken deep into the Sacral Chakra, pulling up emotional gunk and blocks in the body. The second breath that follows then filters this “Gunk” up through the power of Love in the Heart Chakra to transmute what is no longer serving. Following the Breathwork experience the group will be led in a restorative guided Reiki Journey to close the class.

As always, chocolate will be served at the end of class.

**Sound, essential oils, energy healing and sacred circle work are all tools incorporated into this healing experience.

**Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, an extra blanket and something to cover your eyes. Extra props will be provided, however we suggest bringing anything that will make you comfortable as you will be laying down for the Breathwork journey.
