Sopa de Fideo - a Mexican noodle soup, made with vermicelli pasta and cooked in a tomato broth.

Pollo en Mole Poblano with rice - Chicken smothered in a chocolate Mole sauce. Deliciously smoky, rich, and slightly sweet.

Handmade corn tortillas: fresh and delicious, you'll enever want to buy them again!

Arroz con Leche - Mexican rice pudding with cinnamon

$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
