Sauteed Scallops over Thai-Spiced Risotto - Red Thai Curry, lemongrass and lime leaves scent coconut chicken stock for that distinctive flavour, topped with seared scallops
Buttermilk and Goat Cheese Pannacotta with Basil, Pepper and Balsamic Strawberries - The tanginess of buttermilk pairs beautifull with the earthiness of goat cheese in this decadent dessert topped with berries macerated with basil and cracked pepper.
