Come Sit With Us - Community Meditation
About this Event
This is a weekly in-person meditation circle rooted in the universal wisdom of silence.
Each week, we’ll begin with a short reflection on a verse or theme from the Gita, explored in a simple, accessible way. We’ll then move into a guided meditation that opens into silence, followed by time for optional sharing and community reflection.
You do not need to know anything about the Gita to attend. You do not need to identify with any particular tradition. The focus is on the universal symbolism of the text and how its wisdom can help us live with more clarity, steadiness, compassion, and presence.
The Gita begins on a battlefield, but the battlefield is also within us — in our uncertainty, our inner conflict, our longing, our resistance, and our search for a deeper way to live.
This circle is about living out shared wisdom.
