If you’re between 18 and 118 years old and young at heart, come and reconnect with your inner child through the joy of play! 

This session offers a mix of light-hearted games and improv-style activities designed to help you shake off stress, energise your body, and lift your spirits.

If you’re curious, love a laugh, or just fancy meeting new people, join us!

This is your chance to give yourself permission to play.

We’ll gather in The Loft, a lovely cosy space, to co-create and see where spontaneity and the aliveness of the moment takes us.

It’s donation-based to keep it accessible, and everyone is welcome - give what you feel comfortable with on the day, in cash or via PayPal.
