Carla Smith is an Edinburgh-based artist who works across printmaking, drawing, film, and food as creative media. You may have seen her much-loved art cookbook, Sugo, on our shelves. On Tuesday, 18 August, she'll be teaching up to 12 participants how to use natural dyes to achieve vibrant pasta colours, and they'll try their hands at shaping and adding patterns to their own tagliatelle. Then, we'll sit down for a shared plant-based meal, which includes drinks and snacks.
