New Beginnings: A Mandala Meditation Art Healing Workshop

Join artist and creative wellbeing practitioner Sabah from My Creative Meditation for a relaxing, reflective mandala painting workshop centred on letting go of the old and making space for the new.

Through a gentle guided meditation and creative reflection, you’ll be invited to consider what you’re ready to release and what you would like to welcome into the next chapter of your life.

You’ll then learn Sabah’s unique acrylic paint cone technique to create your own beautiful mandala artwork, using the creative process to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and set intentions for new beginnings.

No artistic experience is needed — this workshop is about the process, not perfection. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your own hand-painted mandala to take home.
